Good products, took a bit to arrive
I ordered the Define and Shine Curl Cream and the Untangled Shampoo. Both products worked really well on my hair; my curls felt soft and defined, not crunchy at all. The shampoo lathered nicely and didn't strip my hair. It took about 5 days to reach Denver after ordering, which was a little longer than I hoped, but not a huge deal.
